The calculator applies your entered fee assumptions. Check Amazon’s coupon guidance and your marketplace’s current terms.
Calculation assumptions
- All prices, revenue, costs and fees are net of VAT/sales tax; use the same currency throughout.
- Every proposed unit receives the stated discount. Coupon adoption and stacked promotions are not modelled.
- Percentage referral and promotion fees use the discounted net price. Enter effective rates matching your actual fee basis.
- Each return fully refunds the discounted selling price. Fulfillment and promotion fees are retained; referral fee recovery and returned COGS recovery are explicit inputs.
- Advertising spend and the fixed promotion fee stay constant when calculating required sales volume.
- Contribution covers only entered items. It excludes overhead, storage, financing and other unentered costs.
- No current Amazon fee schedule, minimum, cap or eligibility check is applied automatically.
